Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. We may change prices or offers at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders and payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when your order is delivered. By placing an order you confirm that the name, phone number and address you gave are correct and that you will accept and pay for the order on delivery. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it or if the address cannot be served.

Shipping

We deliver across India. Delivery usually takes 7-9 business days. Shipping is free. Please see our Shipping policy for details.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, images and logos on this website belong to Videcart and may not be copied without our permission.

We do our best to keep the website and our service running smoothly, but we are not liable for any delay or loss caused by things outside our control, such as courier delays, strikes or natural events. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts in India.
