Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to ask for a return or replacement.

How to ask for a return
Email us at jkmedia123@gmail.com with your order number or mobile number. If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, please attach photos or a short video of the product and the package. We will reply with the next steps.

What can be returned
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders
Because we accept Cash on Delivery only, an approved refund is sent by bank transfer or UPI. After we receive and check the returned item we will ask for your UPI ID or bank details, and the refund is made within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
